I have one main resolution this year, and that is to try to write here more often. I have sadly neglected this little on line diary, and hope to do better this year. I dont lead a particularly exciting life, and am not really very good with words, but I will try. I always have a good post written in my head, but, sadly, it never seems to make it any further. Of course, part of that is because I put my own inflection to the words, and know how I want it to sound, but, once you actually write it down, it can come out sounding completely differently.
I have already started the New Year off well, when it comes to FO's. I've actually completed two bookmarks, adn both used cotton from my small stash of cotton. I do have a good sized stash, but not when it comes to cotton, that is exceedingly small. Quite disappointing, actually. That is one of my other resolutions, to try to use more of my stash - not that I WONT be buying more, but, I will try to be more fussy - if that's the right word to use; or should it be picky? I may not always have a project in mind, but that has never been a problem, the project comes in time. Sometimes, quite a bit of time passes, but hey, I'm not in any hurry.
I'm into crafting, and have way too many UFO'S, and WIP's to list. I thought I'd try this out, to see if it would help me get some of them finished.

Should I continue with this blog?
Not really sure why I keep this up. I don't write here very often, and as far as I know nobody is that interested in what I have to say...

I am like you, I always have great blog post in my head, but my fingers never cooporate. LOL
Happy New Year and happy blogging in 2009
I think you have had other things on your mind than blogging this year. Remember how hectic things were in November? And in the months leading up to the wedding?
I've just been poking around your blog. Your MS3 stole is very impressive. I was only barely tempted to knit that - too much fine and fiddley work. The amount of concentration you have is a lot greater than mine!
Three cloths in three days (as you said in a previous entry) - great work! I can usually finish a cloth (except for the sewing off) in one evening, but I very rarely knit on consecutive days. More lack of concentration?
And now I will surf away - back to my winter (your summer). Happy New Year to you!
Happy knitting,
Janey
